I had a decent time at this place. The bed was really comfy, I actually had the best sleep here--better than any other place I've been to. Plus, my kids loved the pool, even if it was a bit overly chlorinated, it was still clean.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given what you get, it was still acceptable.

We had a good time here. The place was super clean and the lobby looked great. Staff was friendly and helped us out with nearby food. Our suite was nice with comfy areas and two TVs, but snacks were way too expensive. Would've loved a vending machine instead of just that pricey shop downstairs.

While the location near shopping and the university was ideal, the lack of staff awareness regarding guest issues and the overall service quality detracted significantly from the experience.

We stayed in the Suite Accessible Transfer Shower Non-Smoking. The room had a kitchenette, sofa, and a separate sleeping area with a flat-screen TV. The shower was accessible and perfect for mobility needs. It was super clean and stocked with free toiletries. Location was close to shopping and the university. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Comfortable King Suite with four pillows on each bed made for great sleep. The location can't be beat. Close to shopping and restaurants and near the university. The staff was friendly and promptly refilled pool towels when I needed them. However, the hot tub wasn't well-maintained, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Some areas in the breakfast bar lacked cleanliness, like the tables and breakfast areas not being wiped down regularly. Although breakfast options were decent, it could use more variety. Overall, a solid stay but maintenance needs improvement.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.
